Young Riders School is a group of enthusiasts uniting different people who dedicate all of their free time to the development and promotion of equestrian sports in Latvia by organizing competitions and raising awareness about the successes of Latvian sportsmen in their homeland and beyond.

We love horses and respect our sportsmen and their achievements. There are no age, gender or other restrictions for becoming – as we call ourselves – a young rider; all you have to do is love horses and wish to work for their benefit. We, the team of Young Riders School, are people with different life and work experience: some are riding, some are developing routes, others own horses and others still are just observers. Professions and everyday work of our team members has nothing to do with equestrian sports, horses and animals in general.

Young Riders School was founded on 20 April 2007. In the course of six years we held six local and four international contests. We would especially note now traditional All-Latvian Days of Horses and prestigious Baltic Riders Tour recognized by the International Equestrian Federation (Fédération Equestre Internationale, FEI).
