The classic heli-skiing package in Gudauri includes the following services (irrespective of the duration of your stay):
Transfer
On the day of your arrival we will be waiting for you with your name card at Tbilisi International Airport. If necessary, we will help you with your baggage and we will of course wait in the event that your flight has been delayed. We will then take you straight to the front door of your hotel in Gudauri in our comfortable Microbus or in our legendary heli-mobile. On the day of departure we will take you back to Tbilisi International Airport. In total the transfer time is just over 2 hours, allowing you to enjoy the picturesque views which run along the Georgian landscape: ancient churches and fortresses, breakneck mountain streams, and snow-covered mountainsides all jostle for your attention along the way.
Settling in to the Hotel
We offer every guest full-board accommodation in a double room at the best hotels in the Gudauri ski resort including: Gudauri Marco Polo, Carpe Diem Gudauri, Gudauri Hut, Panorama, and Truso. You can also book a single room for a supplemented price. All of the hotels listed above are situated in the centre of the resort, just a short walk from the cable ways and helipad.
Skiing Equipment
We provide you with all the equipment you could need to enjoy a comfortable and safe skiing holiday: special skis for powder snow, ski poles, beepers, ABS safety cushions. All of this equipment has undergone thorough safety checks and is regularly renovated with each season. We would ask you to bring your own ski boots, snowboards, and helmets for comfortable skiing. Should you wish to do so, then you can rent additional equipment at the resort’s rental shops for an additional charge.
Guaranteed Vertical Metres
Firstly, depending on the length of your package, we guarantee you a certain amount of vertical metres, which you will surely cover during your stay. What is more, your package includes a sufficient amount of vertical metres for you to enjoy heli-skiing from dawn till dusk every day!
For example, we offer a minimum of 15,000 vertical metres and a maximum of 20,000 for a five day package. This means that during your five days, you will cover between 15,000 and 20,000 vertical metres. If due to bad weather conditions and no-fly zones you cannot use the allotted minimum number of metres (<15,000) then we will compensate you for the cost of metres that you were unable to use. If you are a first-class sportsman and you still have the strength and will for some more skiing then you can book extra vertical metres once you have exceeded the maximum number (>20,000).
Small Group Sizes
We only take small groups, from 3 to 8 people. We form our groups with consideration to the preparation level of each individual and select the most appropriate tracks thereto. This way, your skiing will be as effective as possible. Whatever its size, on the slopes every group will be escorted by at least two UIAGM certified guides ready at all times to come to your assistance and to keep possible risk factors to a minimum.
Special Georgian Dinner
On the day of your departure we will invite you to experience the ancient traditions and inimitable hospitality of the Georgian people! You will have a traditional Georgian meal and enjoy the best dishes from the celebrated Georgian cuisine. Even the most sophisticated food lovers would struggle to stay indifferent before wondrous khinkali, traditional shashlyk and renowned Georgian wine!

PAYMENT FOR CLASSIC HELISKI PACKAGE
Please note that the classic heli-skiing package in Gudauri does not include the following services:
- The price of your flight to/from Tbilisi, fuel taxes, or oversized baggage costs
- Travel insurance and cancellation insurance
- Visa costs (Citizens of the CIS, USA, EU and Switzerland do not need a visa)
- The cost of renting ski-boots, snowboards, helmets, and similar additional equipment
- Single room accommodation (available for an additional price)
- Chargeable services at the hotel
